Election:the campaign pledges

The months of March and April were lively moments on the agenda of current affairs enthusiasts.Because, the media furnished on a continuous basis news on the political rallies of the candidates, carried interviews, discussion programmes and evaluated the financial aspects of the proposals of all the candidates. It was during this period that the outgoing president presented in a press conference of 4 hours, the programme of LREM.Which a section of commentators described on a sarcastic note as comparable to the conferences of the late Fidel Castro of Cuba.

Presidential campaign pledges

The pledges of the LREM disclosed at the Aubervilliers press conference was on how to edge up the age of retirement, reduce taxation and unemployment, while at the same time taking into consideration the war in Ukraine and strategic planning efforts for the next five years.By using the I am the real right-wing candidate in this presidential election.Valérie Pécress stressed that her project includes a 10% increase in salaries over a period of 5 years, public deficit reduction and pension review.

Jean-Luc Mélenchon reputed for his transition to the 6th republic focused on the idea of a useful vote or le vote utile.Anne Hidalgo,in a brochure of 44 pages titled Hidalgo for 2022 revealed the 70 propositions of the Parti socialiste,on health, education, climate change, justice and solidarity.Marine le Pen promised to offer small companies exemptions on social contributions,if they increase salaries by 10% and to reduce value-added tax.

Communication strategies

By the time the intention of the outgoing president was clear to all the candidates. The sight of political activists distributing brochures, leaflets and posters on the streets,at the entrance of Metro stations and in local markets became very common. A 12 page brochure captioned Change France to be able to live better  by the party of Yannik Jadot was an example of the public campaign strategy of the environmentalists.

Le Courage de faire by the party of Valérie Pécress detailed in 14 pages the measures of the LR.One document headlined All of Us,Emmanuel Macron avec vous argued the case of the mandate by using three pacts:generations, republic, production, and listed on the last page of the brochure the four prides of the government.

The media strategists of the candidates used Twitter to disseminate the date of their political rallies across the country and to make declarations as Nathalie Arthaud,of Lutte Ouvriere tweeted in April, the essence of my presidential campaign is to denounce the capitalist system. And on April 7,social media enthusiasts will read on the tweeter account of Marine Le Pen, on sunday the 10th of April, the most important balloting is the balloting that will defend our purchasing power, the balloting that will stop immigration, insecurity and that balloting means,a vote for Marine Le Pen.And surely, they will note the 17 likes!
